One thousand, five hundred and sixty three!

That's how many miles I've cycled. From the southernmost point of the British mainland to the easternmost point to the westernmost point to the northernmost point. With a full show each and every night along the way.

I'm exhausted. I'm also exceedingly proud.

There's not much of an internet connection here so I can't offer pictures or maps or whatever but I'll catch up when I'm back in London. I'm going to take a couple of days off before that happens though. Lots to sit and think about.

It's been an amazing month - the most exhilarating of my life - big thanks to everyone who came to a show (no spoilers now, it tours again in the spring!) and to everyone who's offered encouragement along the way. It's been much appreciated.

Yours, with a slimmer waist and chunkier thighs,

Dave

Well done! I'm glad you didn't end up with too much of the mucky weather we had on the Cumnock to Glasgow run. I'm jealous! Mark

So glad to hear you made it safe to the four points. Keep up with the good work, I'll be seeing your show with my Girlfriend when you come up to Edinburgh.

Well done!

in Dave Gorman style that looks like...

1563 miles in 32 days or...

an average of 48.8 miles a day
or 2.03 miles every hour
0.03 miles a minute (158 feet a minute I think)

Whilst it took you 32 days to do your 1563 miles, Wolfram Alpha suggest it would take 'light' just 8.4 milliseconds (assuming traveling in a vacuum)

Very impressive however you do the math!!!

Hi Dave,
reddit:"I'm Dave Gorman, a fairly well known English comedian. Ask me anything. (self.IAmA)"
Is that really you? I don't think so but lots of reddit readers do..
