a proud husband writes...

Mrs Gorman is in the band, Louise & The Pins. (She's one of the Pins)

Their first single was released today (itunes). I'm a bit proud.

For the avoidance of doubt, Mrs Gorman isn't in the video.

But if she was in the video I reckon she would be the one wearing the red skirt... I really like this song!

That genuinely is a top tune. I am actually unsure what expectation I had of a comedians wife's band. While I am here and writing, I can't get tickets to see you at Norwich. Can I send £15 in coins to your home address please and we will say no more? Thanks.

@Mr Phincter: I don't know what expectations you had either. The fact that she's my wife is entirely unrelated to the fact that she's in a band... so one shouldn't really reflect on the other. But I understand that it will to some. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do about the Norwich gigs... there are no tickets left because there are no seats left. That's true no matter how many pound coins you send me.

Surely by your own rules the band should be referred to as Lou and the P's?? (Sorry to bring it down to a lavatorial level, I know that's Danielles job!

Hi Dave, I'm sure your followers aren't old enough to remember but thought they may like to know that our tap dance teacher who did the choreography and is in the video is Louise's mum and is an ex-Tiller Girl (Sunday Night at The London Palladium). (Unlike your wife I AM in the video - front row 2nd from left) Love the band ;-)
BTW I won't be sending you any pound coins in the post!
