As some of you know, I ask the competition question in an email that I send to my mailing list on a Monday... so you'll have to be on the list before then if you want to be in the competition. Subscribing - and unsubscribing - is easy... you just put your details in here...
Simple.
Oh... a lot of people have been in touch to say that they joined the series part way through and they want to know if there's a way of catching up with the earlier episodes. I'm pleased to say that a repeat run of the series for later this year is now looking very likely... so while there isn't a way to catch up now... there will hopefully be a way to catch up soon.

Will Modern Life Is Goodish be released on DVD? I've absolutely loved the series.
OOOOOooooo I hope so I can watch it then...............
@Gordon I don't know for sure. I know some conversations have started about the possibility but that's as much as I know. If you want it to happen, you're better off telling the channel: it'll be partly down to them, I believe.
Perhaps u should make a follow up series to MLIG, called "Olden life was bad-ish"?
You could do hilarious, side splitting bits to camera about why times of old were bad. For example "See those candle wicks? Thought they were string? Nooooo! They are dried out botty worms they are." or "Why did Saxons eat cabbage?" or "Why didn't Romans invent underpants?"
I have just found out that the Romans did invent underpants (And also a crude version of the 'spork') but you get my point.
Luckily I used the recording function on my little box of telly, and can enjoy the entire series in HD without adverts.
Perhaps I can offer a service in which you come round my flat and watch MLIG and have Gorman related chatter. I make a mean Angel Delight (actually probably Tesco own).
I prefer the Anglo-Germanic post Roman version called "Angles Delight"
