The Cat In The Bin
I've not made something like this before. It's not great. But there's something in it and it's nice to discover I can work out how to do it if nothing else.
Interesting indeed. Very well put together. It's a shame that happened to that moggy and I hope the authorities deal with it appropriately. Public reaction, a little over the top perhaps. But I guess in a society where a car for sale by David Beckham can make the news, anything must be fair game.
@Steven The cartoon clip is taken from Top Cat. That policeman is Officer Dibble. Have a google of it if you've never seen it and marvel at how complex cartoons are now!

umm... are you planning something? Or should you be writing a book?
Did you animate that, or was it a grab of a pre-existing cartoon? It had a 'Fred Flinstone' look to the uniformed guy's face :-)
