Their adversting budget in the UK is zero because they are with an Irish record label...in Ireland there are posters campaings and TV ads, and album signings, and the album has gone straight to number 1 Those stickers were put around by fans to let people know the album, which is amazing and brilliant and everyone should listen to and is only £8 at HMV, is out now .
As one of the fans associated with the stickering - and I actually saw that sticker being stickered - I'd like to thank you sooo much Dave for featuring this - in one blog article you've done more for the promo of YOUNG LOVE than Jedward's own recording company.
So - get to your local HMV store pronto and ask for your copy of YOUNG LOVE - definitely worth a go - guaranteed it's nothing like your preconceptions - unless of course your preconceptions are that they're amazing and their albums are brilliant...which is of course the correct one to have :)
Ha! Jedward fans are sassy girls who will not hesitate to sticker a phone box alongside sexyfuntime ads. BTW, Young Love is a great pop album - and far more enjoyable than "new in town college students".
Its a fabulous album, and such a shame that UMI haven't promoted it in the UK because we are missing out, it's Number 1 album in Ireland and charting all over the world, its called Young Love, by Jedward, its kind of retro, but original and fresh. I recommend it to anyone who likes a good, high quality pop song.
Jedward fans are amazing and wonderfully supportive...I guess in a way its more worthwhile having a few people who really 'get' them for the wonderful young men they are than all the sheeple who buy whatever is being crammed down their throat by mega-buck advertising campaigns. I got the album on itunes cos of seeing fans promoting it on fansites. Its really good - an intriguing combination of retro-modern-pop.

Their advertising budget stretches to a pack of stickers and a Sharpie? They've hit the big time at last!

Young Love is a great fun Summer album, Jedward's third album. Thanks for the mention Dave!
