Exceptionally handy for drying hankies during the winter, I'd have thought?

ooh, just bum width and lower leg length. If you crouch a bit. It's a 'personal' radiator! :-)

Maybe they had that left over from a radiator installation elsewhere. It'd be a shame to waste it.

Although I like to idea of a personal radiator.

@timlar: I'm pretty sure this one is smaller. If only I had a picture of the same man leaning on the wall next to it we'd know. I reckon mine is taller, but about a third of the width.

I really, really love living in a world where people get pictures of radiators and have a sensible discussion about which one is smaller. Life before the internet was so dull :-)

Smaller in terms of physical dimensions or BTUs. We need to know Dave.

& I fully agree with Mooh.

Smaller?

Are we talking width here or surface area? Got a very small radiator in my utility room and would like to compare. It's useful for drying a couple of socks on a wet day.

Ha you got me thinking about radiators again, I am in Uni Accommodation now - it is November and our boiler is not working.

Much more fun than religious fundamentalism! Although there might be some twisted analogy to be extracted about both giving off more heat than light...

@Timlar - maybe Dave should have added a "?" to his title here!

The odd thing is that the wall is quite big. Why?

The radiator does look very small....however, look at the height of the light switches - compared to my light switch height, either this radiator is quite tall (and thus not so small) or the radiator is in a midget house...

So have radiators got a bit like mobile phones were a few years ago where guys will actually boast about how small theirs is?
